Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For a successful return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Tikaou does not encourage cancellation of orders once placed. However, the following considerations shall be taken into account.

1. A customer places the same order more than once for the same product and same quantity within a span 24 hours.
2. Cancellation shall be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders are already shipped.

Exchange Policy

Exchange of products shall be done if an only if:

1. A wrong product has been shipped.
2. If the product dispatched is damaged and the same product is out of stock.

Refund

We regret to inform you that our policy does not encompass refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction, and as such, we offer exchanges for all orders.
